At NapQueen Sleep, we are not just in the business of creating top-quality affordable mattresses, we are dedicated to ensuring every night's sleep is your best yet. But, if for some reason, you find your dreams less than sweet, our no-hassle return process is here to set things right.

Important Note

This policy is applicable solely to products purchased from napqueensleep.com and is subject to NapQueen Sleep's Return and Refund Policy. If you made your purchase of a NapQueen product through other marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, HomeDepot, Overstock, and the like, please note that your return and refund process will need to be initiated directly with the respective platform where the purchase was made.

Mattress

Choosing the right mattress is a big decision, and we want to make it easier for you. When you purchase any of our select mattresses from NapQueen.com—be it the Elizabeth, Bamboo Charcoal, Alaska, Anula, Cashmere, or Victoria—you're automatically enrolled in our 100-Night Sleep Trial. You've got 100 nights, from the day it's delivered, to see if it's your dream sleep match. We recommend that you use the mattress for at least 30 days before deciding if it's not quite what you had in mind. Even after 30 days use, you are not satisfied, reach out to us. Just ensure the mattress stays pristine—no stains or off-putting odors and with all the necessary documents including proof of purchase. 

In the event of a refund request, please note that the mattress must be donated to a registered donation center. We kindly ask for a receipt of donation to be provided for a seamless refund process if the mattress falls short of your expectations. This way, not only can you part ways with the mattress hassle-free, but you'll also be contributing to a charitable cause. Please ensure to obtain proof of donation from a nearby facility, as refunds cannot be processed without it.

Mattress Toppers and Bed Frames

From the day your NapQueen Mattress toppers and Bed Frame items are delivered, you've got a full 60 days to decide if it's right for you. Just keep it in good condition,—no stains, slobber, or odd odors—and make sure to retain all relevant paperwork, especially your proof of purchase, to guarantee a smooth and complete refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product? Please contact us within 60 days of purchase with photos and details of the issue. We’ll arrange a refund or replacement promptly once we verify the problem.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance, items must be returned in clean and undamaged condition (exceptions based on case by case). Items returned with stains, odors, or other signs of wear may not be eligible for a refund. All returns must include necessary documents, parts, and accessories, along with proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, you will receive a refund for the full purchase price of the returned product(s). However, please note that this refund will not include any fees associated with state-mandated recycling programs. These fees are required by law and cover the cost of recycling services in your state. We appreciate your understanding and aim to make the return process as smooth as possible.

Pre-Owned Mattress Recycling Program

At NapQueen Sleep, we are committed to responsible recycling and offer a convenient used mattress take-back service for our customers in compliance with PRC section 42992. When purchasing a new mattress from our website, customers can opt for the used mattress take-back service by filling form given below.Confirm your interest in the take-back offer and we will coordinate with you to schedule a convenient pickup time for your old mattress. This ensures proper disposal and supports our sustainability efforts.

Free Return Shipping

Contact us at support@napqueensleep.com to request a return authorization. Unlike others, we provide a prepaid return shipping label for a hassle-free experience, as long as the mattress remains unopened in its original box. In the event the mattress is opened/unboxed, please contact us and we will assist you with the next steps. Any items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Change Address: Please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to change the shipping address. We will not be able to modify the shipping address after shipment, and we are not liable for unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect information.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 1-2 days of placing it without incurring any fees. Cancellations after shipping are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
